Important: Made-to-Order Products All TrendoraNex products are made to order. For defective or incorrectly produced items, we offer a solution within 14 days of receipt — please contact us at trendoranex@hotmail.com with photos of the issue. TrendoraNex is not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU) If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The withdrawal period begins on the day of delivery of the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the item within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Return Costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced.

Refunds Upon approval of your return, we will refund you within 10 business days via your original payment method. Standard shipping costs from your original order will also be refunded. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option will not be reimbursed.

Exceptions Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted after prior approval via trendoranex@hotmail.com.
